At CEO Bootcamp, sustainability isn’t treated as a lecture or an extra topic. It has a dedicated chapter in the workbook, positioned as a core part of building a business.
Teens are introduced to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through their own brand decisions, not abstract theory.
After understanding the full picture, teens are guided to select the SDGs that naturally align with their brand idea. They don’t force every goal into their business. They choose what actually fits.
The workbook then prompts them to justify:
• why these specific goals matter to their product
• how their decisions support those goals
• where they might need to be more responsible or realistic
This turns the SDGs into a strategic lens, not a checklist. Teens learn that good businesses are intentional about impact, and that purpose works best when it’s aligned, not imposed.
By the end of the chapter, sustainability becomes part of how they think, plan, and build, not something they add at the end.
