When Plans Change: Cancellation
Changed your mind? No worries, it happens to the best of us.
You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once the order leaves our workspace and starts its journey to you, cancellation is unfortunately not possible.
Why? Because we’re a small brand, and shipping costs are quite a big deal for us. Once the courier picks up the package, the shipping charges are already applied and they don’t come back to us (we wish they did ).
So here’s the simple rule:
Order not dispatched yet: Cancellation possible. Just reach out to us quickly.
Order already dispatched: Cancellation not possible.
